No account application to fill in before anyone will speak to you. Send a list, and we will tell you quickly whether we are the right supplier.
Send your list and destination
Lines, rough quantities and the country the goods are going to. The destination matters as much as the list, because it decides what we can legally and sensibly ship.
We quote against live stock
Prices, what we hold now, what we can bring in, and the dates you would be getting. If something on your list is not worth shipping, we will say so.
You confirm and we prepare the load
Stock is picked and checked at the warehouse. Paperwork is prepared alongside it rather than chased afterwards.
Dispatch
The load leaves with its documents. We stay reachable after it has gone, which is the part most buyers actually judge a supplier on.
Who you are buying from
We are registered in England and Wales and VAT registered, and we have issued long term supplier declarations for buyers who need proof of origin for preferential trade. If your customs authority wants something specific, ask us before you order rather than after.

What is your minimum order?
It depends on the destination and the mix, so quoting one number for everybody would be misleading. Send us your list and where it is going and we will tell you immediately whether the load makes sense.
Can I mix categories on one pallet?
Yes, and most of our customers do. You can build a load across all 6 categories.
Do you publish prices?
No. Price moves with quantity, destination and what else is travelling, so a published figure would be wrong for most buyers. We quote against your actual list.
What documentation do you provide?
Commercial invoice and packing list as standard, and declarations of origin where they are required. Tell us what your customs authority expects and we will confirm what we can issue.
How do I know the dates are good?
We confirm date codes before dispatch and tell you what they are before you commit. This matters most on formula, baby food and short life lines, and we treat it that way.
Which countries do you ship to?
Tell us your destination and we will confirm. Some categories, particularly infant formula, carry rules that vary by country, so we check rather than promise.
Why can't I pay online?
Orders are handled personally rather than through automated checkout. A member of our sales team will be in touch to confirm availability, pricing and shipping costs before the transaction is completed, and to recommend any additional products suited to your order or region.
What currencies can I pay in?
We invoice in GBP and also accept USD and EUR for export orders. Your sales contact will confirm the currency and total when they call to finalise your order.
What payment terms do you offer?
New customers typically pay on proforma invoice before dispatch. For established accounts, we can offer 30 day credit terms, agreed with your sales contact once we have built up a trading history together.
How long does delivery take?
UK deliveries typically take 5 working days once your order is confirmed. Export shipments depend on destination and method, so your sales contact will give you a realistic timeframe when they confirm your order, based on whether it is going by pallet, part load or full container.
What are your delivery costs?
Delivery costs depend on order size, destination and shipping method, so we quote them individually rather than listing a flat rate.
